Our goal at Plixi is to provide world-class service for our users and partners. In order for us to deliver a best-in-class platform for sharing media in real-time we have scheduled a routine maintenance window each week. During this window users will experience minimal, if any, downtime while servers are being worked on.
Weekly Maintenance: Every Tuesday at 12:00am - 2:00am PDT (UTC/GMT -7 hours)
To status the availability of our service we run Pingdom tests every minute to keep you informed about planned and unexpected downtimes. If you are experiencing difficulty with Plixi and all the lights below are green please create a new ticket for us to investigate the issue.
