At this time, we are not equipped to process exchanges. However, you're welcome to return your item and re-purchase!
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you're not, we're happy to accept your item as a return, provided your it is an acceptable item returned by the deadline.

Deadlines. For apparel and accessories, returns must be received in our warehouse no later than 21 days from the date initially shipped to you (“ship date”) for U.S. orders and no later than 30 days from the ship date for international. For electronics, returns must be received no later than 14 days for U.S. orders or 23 for international.
Return shipping costs. Lockerz members are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs.
Refund. A PTZ and funds refund will be issued once your return is received and processed with our warehouse. We'll also cancel any PTZ previously awarded for purchase. Credit for returned items may take up to 2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on how quickly your bank processes the change in your account.
Acceptable Items.
No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted on the items that have been damaged through customer use or abuse. We will also not accept:
Non-defective, opened computer software, movies, music, or video games
Gift Cards
Pre-paid cards (e.g., music, photo, video or phone cards)
Digital content (e.g. music downloads)
Consumable or personal items such as food, drink, personal care products or batteries
Etched or otherwise personalized items
Any item specified on the site as non-returnable
You cannot return an individual item that was part of a bundled package, for example one t-shirt out of a bundle of three. The entire bundle must be returned.
If your item was damaged or defective upon arrival, or if your item was not as listed, please submit a help desk ticket.
